Assistant Principal's Message
Welcome to ACS Middle School! The ACS Middle School is an exciting and dynamic place where students are consistently challenged through high expectations, risk taking, and real world problem solving. The Middle School staff believes in fostering lifelong learning and healthy individual growth in a student-centered environment.
Our dedication to educating the whole child is evident both inside and outside the classroom. From engaging students in authentic challenging projects, to integrating multiple subjects, to sharing performance in Student Led Conferences, our middle school has a powerful academic program. The relevance of the academic program is further enhanced through experiential learning outside the school walls. Periodic field trips seek to link the classroom learning to the real world. This is epitomized in our growing Adventure Jordan program where our students not only explore Jordan, but also carry out community service projects to assist and benefit those less fortunate. Finally, our numerous extra-curricular activities develop responsibility, leadership, athletic, and critical thinking skills through activities such as Science Club, athletics, Student Council, and National Junior Honor Society.
Overall, the American Community School Middle School is an active hub of learning. It is a community where students care about each other and have fun while becoming lifelong learners. We are proud of our fantastic students and staff, and welcome anyone who would like to be part of the best middle school in the world!
