Tuition Fees & Policies
Tuition chargers and bus fees for the 2008/2009 school year are as follows

Overview
Payment of registration fee of $1000 is necessary for each student. This
is NOT refundable, but will be applied to tuition payments.
All tuition and fees are due no later than 15 days after the opening of
the school or 15 days after students are enrolled. Any payments for tuition,
bus, capital fund assessment, etc., outstanding after this date shall be
considered as LATE PAYMENTS and will incur a PENALTY PAYMENT calculated
at the then prevailing market interest rate for borrowing plus 1% per year
for the period from the student’s first day of school. If payment
is not received within 60 days, the student(s) of parents in arrears may
be suspended until full payment has been made.
ACS Refund Policy
If a child is withdrawn before the end of the first quarter of a semester
and the parents have paid for that entire semester, and refund will be given
only for the second quarter of that semester. If a child is enrolled for
one day in any of the quarters, the parents are responsible for paying that
entire quarter’s fees. In case of evacuation or other force majeure
situation, no refunds will be made.
Capital Fund Assessment
The capital fund assessment($3000) is paid one time during a child's education at ACS, and is due the first year of that child's education, excluding Prekindergarten and Kindergarten.
Registration Fee
Payment of the registration fee of $1000.00 is necessary to assure a place for each student. This fee is not refundable, but will be applied to the student’s tuition.
* It is school policy that a child must be three years old by September 1 to enter the three year old program, and four years old by September 1 to enter per-kindergarten.
